FAB-VA Team Builder

The secret to building a dependable team for your VA business

Accelerate growth, work shorter hours and never turn down work again!

Take on more clients

Work less hours

Offer more services

Wouldn’t it be great if you could stop turning clients away?

(And work less hours but offer more services!)

You’re a victim of your own success

You’ve done a brilliant job building your client list and it’s getting hard to squeeze any more work into your day. But the new clients are still coming and you hate turning business away.

You’re already working longer hours than you wanted and missing precious time with your family and friends – it’s not turning out to be the flexible work you hoped it would be.

Finding an Associate VA is daunting

You can’t even offer all the services your clients need, yet you’re so busy you don’t have time to learn new skills and you’re worried your clients may move to a competitor.

So, you’re seriously thinking of taking someone on to help but terrified of getting it wrong – an Associate VA might just pinch your clients or ruin your reputation, right?

Wrong!

You need to create your own Dream Team

If you follow my FAB-VA Team Builder programme, I’ll teach you how to find great Associate VAs who are loyal, professional and care about your business. Go it alone and you’re likely to make costly mistakes!

This programme is designed to fast track you past all the tricky areas that building a team can bring – from finding the right people to getting legal agreements in place.

With our support, you’ll discover how to create your VA Dream Team.

I’m Sarah Rugg, owner of Vi-VA (my Virtual Assistant business) and My VA Business (helping people to set up their own successful VA business).

I’ve been running Vi-VA since 2005. Although it’s a thriving business now, I’ve made every mistake in the book, particularly when it came to building a team of Associate VAs.

The good news for you is that I’ve been learning from the mistakes and perfecting this since 2007 and I now have it nailed. I have a solid team, who are professional, loyal and above all, who really care about my business. I have a very low turnover of Associate VAs, my team are a happy bunch! I also have robust legal agreements and processes, which I share in the programme.

My team have run my Virtual Assistant business for me at times when I’ve had to step out of it. When my dad was diagnosed with a brain tumour and was given a few months to live, I can’t tell you how invaluable a strong team was at that time of my life.

I’m passionate about sharing my experience so you can avoid all the wrong turns I made myself, particularly with building a VA team. The FAB-VA Team Builder programme was born out of this passion, so if you’re ambitious and looking to grow your VA business without making expensive mistakes, I’ll show you how.

Here’s to your success, and here’s to a thriving VA industry!
