Our proven Virtual Assistant programmes show you how to build a successful VA business

Sarah Rugg – Owner

Hi, Sarah here

I’m on a mission to help you realise your potential. To achieve a rewarding career whilst working from home and being your own boss!

Back in 2005, I decided to set up as a Virtual Assistant and take charge of my own future. I no longer wanted to ask for permission to take time off to spend with my family and I wanted the flexibility to make work fit around my life.

I’d love to say it all went smoothly, but in all honesty I made every mistake in the book. I definitely learnt the hard way.

But it doesn’t have to be like that. In fact for some time now, I’ve fast tracked others to become successful VA business owners, by teaching them what works and what doesn’t. I still run my VA business (which has grown to a team of 30) so you can be sure my advice is relevant to the VA industry now.

Having supported hundreds of new Virtual Assistants, as long as you’ve got the right skills and attitude, I’m confident I can show you how to become a Virtual Assistant too.

All of the scary parts of setting up my own VA business have been taken care of; the legal templates, terms and conditions and guidance with regards to insurance policies have been so useful.

“I just wanted to say a massive Thank You for all that you have done. You won’t know this, but this business has literally changed mine and my family’s life. My business is steadily growing thanks to all the help and support that you guys have given to me.”

Jacinta (VA)

“My VA Business doesn’t just sell you the best package to base your business on, they look after you too. A really lovely bunch of people”

Margo (VA)

“I didn’t have the confidence to just jump away from my job and into something that was completely unknown, so I wanted to do something that was going to give me flexibility and let me do it alongside my current job until I saw that it was something that was going to work for me and that I could make happen and that I could then jump and make the transition when I was ready. You can do it in your own time, it gives you the flexibility, but it teaches you everything that you need to know as well”

Why I want to show you how to become a Virtual Assistant

Back in 2005 I remember sitting in my kitchen with my head in my hands thinking, why is this so hard. I’ve got a wonderful family, lovely house and car but I’m not enjoying any of it because there are so many demands on my time.

I thought, enough’s enough and I decided to follow my dream and set-up as a Virtual Assistant.

About 5 years ago, people started to approach me to ask if I would help them to set up their own VA business and make a success of it. They asked for advice… which tools to use, how to get clients and everything about how to become a Virtual Assistant. To my initial surprise, from my decade of experience, I was able to give them what they needed and loved every minute!

I was helping people to leave the ‘Rat Race’ and set up their own VA business, working flexibly from home, freeing up precious family time and being their own boss. I was in my element.

I really connected with the people I helped – and they said the same. We wanted the same thing. We’d reached a stage in our lives where we wanted more control over our destiny. We didn’t want to answer to a boss and feel guilty if our child was ill. And family time was becoming increasingly important.

So I decided to make a living out of helping people set up successful VA businesses, and that’s how My VA Business came about.

And I have some great news for you. If you have the right mix of skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude, you can build a successful VA business that’s 100% yours, run the way you want, working the hours you choose. Simply watch the free webinar where I explain in more detail.
